Turned up for my pre-booked check up and told that theres no record of my booking. I clearly phoned up 3 weeks previously about a new crown and advised that an initial checkup is required and the cost would be deducted from the new crown. Why wasnt my telephone booking recorded on the computer calendar? I did get an apology from the female receptionist but made to feel like I was lying. No effort made to resolve the issue. Very poor customer service and a waste of another day. Now have to wait another 3 weeks for the next appointment.
Very bad team, the receptionist spoke very badly, and my dentist worked very bad, traumatic experience .

Been going for about 4 or 5 years and had Pedro who was great before he left and now have another dentist who is also really good and answered my questions and worries o had. Today I webt for a hygenist appointment and the hygenist was great! He asked me about my teeth and any concerns and went into so much detail. I asked so many questions my appointment ran over but he never made me feel rushed and gave me detailed answers and advice. I also loved the previous hygenist (I think her name was Caroline maybe) before she left. The 2 ladies on reception were also really helpful. I never write reviews but I was shocked by the negative ones as in all my years there so far, I've never had a problem. I know a few people who go to this one too as it's right opposite my old work and only ever hear good things.
Their receptionists are disgustingly rude. They speak with patients with such rude and loud attitudes. The receptionsists talk to patients with no empathy, no professionalism. I think they should be educated on how to speak to patients. In addition to this, patient confidentiality is an issue in the sense that other patients can hear the receptionists talk about other patients treatments. The new dentist I got wasnt the most friendly to be honest. Pedro was my old dentist and he moved to a different dental clinic I think. The new dentist wasnt friendly and wasnt welcoming. I believe a health care professional should make his patients feel welcome, safe and comfortable. And I didnt feel that way with the new dentist, he didnt even introduce himself.
