Unprofessional, arrogant and rude from the moment I stepped in the door.
I was extremely nervous of the dentist refusing to see them for years at a time, after an accidental over dose of pain relief for a tooth ache rather then getting the problem sorted I searched for a dentist that could reassure me it wasnt that bad, I found this at this practice and after being there for 4 years with ruby the dentist building my confidence back I was in a good place of not being put out to have work done, unfortunately she has left to which I started to panic again having a new dentist, i had my first appointment with the new dentist at 9am I arrived 2 mins late due to finding a parking space, the receptionist could not check me in as she was on the phone so I waited, whilst waiting a dentist came out to reception looked at the computer and went back into a room, the receptionist finished the phone call and took my name, she then told me Pedro had refused to see me as I was late for my appointment which I was by 2 minutes, I asked what there policy was she told me any more then 5 minutes they wont see you, I asked her to take a look at her clock as it was 9.04 so I was still in the time frame for this policy, she went to speak to Pedro and returned with he still will not see you, which at this point I did not want to any way as my anxiety was at his high, thinking how is this dentist going to be towards me now etc she re booked me with a different dentist and apologised. Word of advice dont go to this practice and see Pedro if you have anxiety or scared of the dentist as he shut me down before I reached the door to his room.
Dont like giving you the treatment you need will only do what they see as necessary
The worst dentist I've ever been to in my entire life. I would not recommend to anyone. All they do here is waste your time and money They try to make you get as many appointments as possible in order for you to pay more each time you go. They will attempt to fix your teeth but only at snails pace, and that's if they are even able to fix your teeth due to their incompetence. This is very disappointing and there are many other dentists in portsmouth, why I chose this one still amazes me. So do not be stupid like I was and find another dentist, as any other dentist will definitely be better than this one.
The worst Dental Surgery I ever been a patient at and ever attended! Never see the same dentist twice as there is a tremendous staff turnover and they are all only temporary. I'm sure they are not even fully qualified as all the treatment I received falls apart within 12-24 hours. Would never trust them with my hamster never mind with children or real emergency.Total amateurs, who is in charge or regulates the place or what's going on there public and myself would like to know?? Keep away unless you want to seethe through your teeth with frustration!!!!Already registered with a professional Dental Surgery so roll on October!!
