Dentist is fantastic, very skilled and professional. They keep to appointment times well so no unnecessary hanging around. The reception staff are really friendly and do everything they can to help. they talk to patients with respect and care. I've visited a lot lately for some quite complicated care and I can't fault the practise at all.
As someone who is scared of the dentist, I have to say this practice was great. My dentist managed to keep me calm and talking without freaking out. Although yes the practice manager can be a bit frosty, I found her pleasant enough to deal with. It is after all a dentist, not a holiday camp!
