Booked my emergency appointment so wanted my broken teeth can be removed or problem resolved, after a quick check told me to book back to my practice and get it removed and gave me a prescription at the end which was already told to do so when phone up the help line. No idea whats the point of going there, like other says waste of time. To be honest, when I arrived at this place I looked the google reviews firstly and I was a bit worried about my treatment and my worry was true.
Today I went into the dentist to have my broken tooth seen too and I received the worst possible service I've ever had. Firstly when I approached the reception staff I only had to mention my name and she already had the card machine in my face asking for payment which took me back as i've never had to pay before being seen by my dentist.Secondly, When I was seen by my dentist he only checked my tooth over for a couple of seconds and advised I needed to book a second appointment to get my tooth sorted! I became quite upset as I had just paid 21 for nothing, I work full time so I can't just come to the dentist whenever this continued on and I advised I couldn't come again for another month and used one swear word in my vocabulary directed at the situation and not directed to the dentist himself I left the room distressed. Leaving my mum in the surgery he began to tell her I am not welcome in this dentist again and they will never treat me.Do not go to this dentist they are money grabbers !!! rude and the past reviews are bad aswell I advise no one to go here! It's daylight robbery I know am i agony with no treatment and a huge hole in my tooth. a couple of months back I had a crown put in and waited 2 weeks for this to be a white crown which turned out to big for my tooth! therefore the dentist had to drill the crown to fit my tooth leaving it half black mental half white.

Took my 6year old daughter for 2 fillings on the 20th of december an on Christmas day her face started swelling.on the 27th got emergency appointment to get told dentist had drilled to far into her tooth an caused an infection. On the 28th sat in qa hospital all day with my daughters face and eye swelled shut. To be told her tooth would have to now be taken out and her face drained due to your dentists negligence my 6year old daughter has had to be in pane all over Christmas absolutely ruined our Christmas. Also to be told by surgeons at qa hospital to find another dentist says it all. We will be takeing this further and seeking legal advice due to your negligence and would not recommend you to anyone after this Ever.
Hilsea dental practice have been fabulous to me.I am a extremely nervous patient, and had to have a filling done here Wednesday lunchtime on my first check up. The dentist was kind, talked me through it all, and i felt really looked after. I also have to say he did a really neat job and took the time to make me feel really comfortable. Thankyou to my lovely new dentist!
