Before going to this dental practice I was always nervous and panicked abit as have had bad experiences in the past.They are really lovely and patient and stop when I feel any pain..such lovely dentists and it's now like a doctors appt. Thank you.P.s the receptionists are great too as so bubbly and friendly.I would definatly recommend this practice..P.s just added to this as had my first crown..still feels weird trying to eat but so so happy!!! Thank you dentist lady Fiona..(This lady has just been out to bosnia to treat all the kids that have been in pain with their teeth for years!! We take too much for granted in this country and are so lucky)!!
Happpy with their service. Very clean environment, the receptionists as well as the dental professionals are both very friendly & helpful.It's been quite a long time since we've joined as a family for our dental health care & they're doing a fine job, especially with young kids.
I have chronic periodontal problems. They refuse to refer me to a NHS periodontal specialist. I have been asking for over 4 years and now I am losing teeth but still refused the care and treatment I need. Disgusting and I won't be going back. Loyal since 2007 when my teeth were fine, now they have ruined my teeth and gums. Had enough.
Disgusting service from this surgery! Needed some work doing but the dentist refused after telling me unless i pay 40 for the hygenist they will not carry out the work. They have left me in pain for over a week. I called 111 to be advised that what they are doing is wrong and under my NHS RIGHTS i am entitled to a scale and polish from the dentist free if this is what the dentist feels nessasary before my treatment. It seems this surgery is just after getting money and not actually concerned for the welfare of it patients!!
very poor, no skills, try to avoid this place, had appointment with S.Pazeshi. she said, that I need canal treatment and she can't do it as they havnt proper tools ! has been offered extraction! agreed with her as this was number 8, day of appoitment, she try very hard, broke top of the tooth ,finally left bottom inside, saying , that she tried her best nothing else can be done!!, as no specific tools available!! sent me home, saying come back after 1 week if still painfull,, you can imagine what happened at home, when anastetic stop working, pain killers not helps, , next day went to private clinic in southampton, paid L150 to get this done, take another 10 min, and all back to normal, pain gone, whats the shame!!!, if you looking after you teeth, do not try MYDENTIST on Chichester road!!! i believe after brexit, NHS send them some money to get proper tools!!!
