Worse experience ever. Was booked for sedation appointment. The appointment prior to sedation treatment was very miss leading, i was told completely different thing which the dentist told me on the scheduled appointment. The dentist who was suppose to do my treatment was very rude and unfriendly that i had to leave the surgery without any treatment. I waited more than 4 months to get appointment . Never recommend this surgery to any one. I do not wish to give 1 star even . Go to better option please where you are treated with respect !
Hassled me for money (which I paid) altho I am entitled to free dental care as I am in receipt of a war pension.
Had a root canal done Was petrified that i would feel it and had sleepless nights.They were amazing and would recommend to anyone
So had my sedation treatment today I was extremely anxious and nervous, howeva the staff were amazing calming and made me feel very comfortable, once the medicine had been placed in the cannula in my arm, (pain free"small scratch) I was completely in a world of my own, I was aware of them speaking to me, but not aware of any treatment going on, before I new it, I was took to the recovery room ready to get my very wabbly self home, thanks again wonderful staff
the reception is very rude with no attention on customer needs and act like they are doctors while they are unqualified receptionists that cannot make any judgement on medical and dental grounds. I have worked in customer service all over the world and I can confirm to you that this customer service is by far one of the worst I have ever experienced. As well, due to the cost effective nature of the 'clinic' (paying roughly 55 no matter what the treatment is), the dentists are avoiding hard work and give misinformed advice to make their job easier. This is totally unethical! I have personally reported it to the relevant authority and regulatory body and I will escalate this to the very top of the organisation's hierarchy
