George was amazing, fitted me in quickly and gave a fantastic service. Receiptionist was also very helpful and friendly.
Stole my moneyI was meant to have a consultation and treatment. They didn't have time to carry out treatment (which is the reason I got time off work to come to the appointment) but asked me to pay for both because treatment would be rescheduled. They then cancelled TWO rescheduled appointments. It was months, the last appointment I had to reschedule due to work when I went the next time they said it had "been too long" since I paid so the computer wouldn't let me have the treatment!!???!!!!! Then asked me to pay another FIFTY POUNDS for the treament that i'd already paid because i had rescheduled ONCE and they had rescheduled THREE TIMES. AND I HAD PAID. I'D PAID. I HAD PAID THE MONEY. But they wouldn't let me have the treatment?? The dentist was rude and made it sound like my fault and said the computer wouldn't let her carry out the treatment?!?!?! It shouldn't really matter if someone reschedules an appointment if they've paid, they've paid. Awful. Made me angry for weeks. Never again. Please no one go what a horrible awful dentist.
waited 11 weeks for a filling due to a cancellation by the practise, wrote a complaint and have been taken off Dentist's list due to apparent break down in patient, Doctor care. Have to wait for a new Dentist to join the Practise sometime in the future, or told I can see a Dentist who only works on a Saturday, so am currently receiving no continued treatment.
Was recommended this dentist by a friend. Turned up to register to find they do not have step free/disabled access. Can't comment on the dental practice itself but I will not be registering if I can't even attend an appointment!
