Reception really go the extra mile for you here when its needed. The ability to assess patients is intelligent and shines through when you do have an issue. Customer service levels are always high in, what can be, difficult circumstances.
terrible customer service from the reception. Rude and useless act pretending to be a dentist. Apart from the useless receptionist (denying emergencies on the grounds she woke up with a hangover from the heavy drinking in the local pub last night), the dentist did not tell me i had an infection and i kept visiting them with pain and they were charging me money and taking my teeth out. I went to a new dentist who gave me pills for the infection and the pain was gone in 24 hours. I have raised an official complaint with the relevant authorities. Long story cut short : AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Good dental surgery - had several different dentists at this practice who I've been with for many years and they've all been good, Only complaint would be that sometimes you have to wait a long time for the phone to be answered ! I suggest you remove the 5 year old review - never seen any dentist there matching this description, and the reviewer couldn't even be bothered to find out his dentist's name.
excellent and friendly staff, extremely shocked to read the previous reviews. I have been with the dental practice 3 years. Love my dentist emanuel he is excellent with my care, and with my young daughter. Highly recommend xx
