I sold a car here today the man who helped us was great very friendly and professional the staff we met whilst waiting were polite and never once tryed to sell us a car. We were asked if we needed help a few times. A polite no was met with a polite response. The tea was free and the environment was friendly and to top it all off they paid me substantially more than the quote that I'd got online. Top marks given and well deserved
Clever "bring me closer" service brought our car down from Hull to view. Small issue over some items but resolved now. Great car.
Complete waste of rations! Phoned in hoping to resolve a technical issue/ arrange a maintenance operation, forwarded eventually after a long wait to workshop via service, no reply line eventually goes dead, round the buoy again, no answer - gave up - find a decent independent! If you want a cup of coffee and a free courtesy car this may be your bag - if you want your car serviced - forget it!
