Dont use. Really poor customer service. No V5 here a week after we put a deposit in the car so had to go to post office. Overall has taken 2-2.5hrs to collect car. Also make sure you ask to visibly see two keys as otherwise they stitch you up with 1. Cowboys and gives the used car service a bad name.
Went to look at a car yesterday with the other half and ended up driving away with it. Excellent service and didn't feel pressured into the sale at any stage, which is something a lot of main dealerships could learn a lesson from.
Went to look at a Skoda Yeti, had a great experience from a Salesman called ASH, really helpful.Even though the exact model wasn't on display I was not pushed and he has kept in touch so when the right one comes in he will let me know.Really good service, hopefully he will get one in soon.
Just went into the showroom as a look for the future. Obviously salesman came out and got in. Darren, nice guy made me and my kids a drink helped the stress of car shopping and kid care. They have a small soft play area where they can run around really helped. They went and got me the best value car in my budget there and then. Little Dan Allowed to haggle on extra warranty too. Good non stressful experience .
Outstanding service from Darren. Great chap with super sense of humour. Shared his expertise and always went the extra mile, working hard to get the best deal for me. If he was unsure of anything, rather than blagging he went and found out. Andy, in the office, likewise, new his stuff and was ultra efficient, helpful and knowledgeable!!!!Result .......... I drove away in a white Mercedes E220, the same day.Couldnt speak more highly of both staff members, although I have to say, other staff were friendly and polite too!
