The guys at Hendy were superb from start to finish. What could have been a negative car buying experience was a pleasure. At all points I was well informed, treated with courtesy and always in contact. I got a great deal from Kevin Flower and the aftercare was first rate. A joy to deal with.
Have used this garage for over 11 years with 2 different Hondas and have had great service from all the staff over the years. The staff at the desk are always very helpful and the service team are great too, also a big bonus when you have it serviced is that they valet it as well.
I have nothing bad to say about this place. The atmosphere, showroom, coffee machine and facilities are fab. Both Simon and Suki are fabulous and will bend over backwards in trying to help you, be it with courtesy car, coffee machine or explaining things. Steve in Parts is a "legend" and what he doesn't know about cars and their parts is not worth knowing. A credit to the Honda company.
Went into Henry Honda today, from start to finish Joey made me feel at ease. Not once did I feel pressured at all, made to feel very comfortable. Very polite & courteous all the time, listened to what my needs were rather than just trying to make a sale. Constantly asking if I needed a drink too, so no rushing. Highly recommend this showroom all employees were very helpful & polite. Thank you for making my visit pleasant
