Friendly welcome. Details of car and paperwork were explained clearly. Our questions were also answered well. Length of test drive enabled me to get a good feel for the car. Optional extras were offered and explained but at no time did we feel pressured into buying. We were offered tea or coffee and found that ordering our car was a smooth and relaxed process.
