Loads of cars on display and they are conveniently sorted by type and brand. Sales team available to help whenever you are ready to talk to them; they are very helpful and polite and not pushy at all. You can get a cup of coffee and a lite bite to eat in the cafeteria, all served with a smile.

So impressed by the team at the new Hendy Car and Van Store, Portsmouth, they are like a big family. Ryan Rix, the sales agent was excellent, as was the manager, Alan Sibley. I was given a good price for both my exchange car, and the purchase car. An issue that came up with the new car was dealt with immediately by the service team who were also excellent and could not do enough to help. I visited the Portsmouth, Hendy Car and Van Store Sunday, 4th. November. I was greeted by a young lady who SMILED and made me welcome.I browsed the cars displayed on sale and was then assisted by Sam. He was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. No pressure was put upon me to make a purchase. It was nice, for a change, to be able to look around the cars unaccompanied, but knowing he was available if help or advice was required. I haven't made my mind up just yet as to which make of car to purchase. However,with the outstanding care and attention which I received from Sam on Sunday,this is one place I would DEFINITELY return to if the right car came along.
