Really great experience with buying my car from here! Everyone we spoke with was brilliant, really helpful and friendly, especially Tim! Everything we needed to know was answered straight away and of the highest knowledge, made the whole thing a pleasure! Showroom was a clean, friendly and relaxed environment. The cafe had brilliant service! All of our needs were catered to which meant traveling a little further was definitely worth it! Nothing is to much trouble, I would 100% recommend!
We bought my daughter's first car from Luke at Citroen. From the very first visit to collection of the car Luke was absolutely delightful, nothing was too much trouble and he was so welcoming and professional. Tim Syson and his team made the purchase of my new car a fun and hassle free experience. Tim was able to swiftly answer any queries that I had, and was totally familiar with the specifications of the cars that I test drove. I appreciated the fact that I was allowed to test drive the vehicles without a sales person, so that I was able to feel totally relaxed and was therefore able to make my decision without pressure. The finance aspect of the sale was hassle free and again clearly explained and at all times I was treated as a valued customer. On the day of picking up the car I was unable to spend as long as I would have liked getting familiar with the car, due to having another appointment, but Tim kindly invited me back another day to complete the induction. The best dealership that I have bought a new car from.
