Just avoid this company. All the other unhappy customers on these reviews arn't liars. If you are a student they will look to rip you off due to how naive they assume you are. Very professional until they have that contract signed but after that beyond unprofessional. Is the way they operate ethical? Maybe we should get rogue traders to pay them a visit.
Not very helpful, The woman that answers the phone is very rude and nasty. Theres a buildings manager for the block of flats where I live but we can never get hold of him. And hes rude and arrogant... Been trying for 3 days but his phone has been switched off. They are quick to take our money but to get any response from them is hopeless. Will be keeping the maintenance money back, until the work required is done!!!
Do not use this company! After they lost over 2000 of our money we gave them for the first months rent and spending a month on holiday trying to explain how we had already paid (including having receipts), only for them to turn around and say they put the money in a different book after a month of grief.They then were little help for all issues throughout the year and when it came to a report for the deposit, they would heavily nit pick at areas that were not issues such as weeding the pavement outside of the house on the street and would say things were not cleaned and even the photos for evidence would show it being spotless, this is because GD3 have their own cleaners fill out this report. We initially got charged 280 for cleaning and after speaking to the landlord he actually realised it was 30 and that GD3 assessed it completely wrong. Even our actual landlords have gone on to admit how awful they are.Do not use, very unprofessional.
Avoid at all costs arranged a viewing as me and my partner are looking for a flat to rent with our 9 month old baby , agreed the viewing time so i took the day off work , im then contacted to be told the viewing has been cancelled as the landlord doesent want kids in the block i even confirmed with the agents the day before that it would be acceptable to have a child with us , absolutley terrible company , completely unacceptable !!!!
Gd3 is the first estate agent I had to deal in my life for rental purposes. They are so professional that we did not have to think twice to choose them. We are tenants as well as landlords for two properties through gd3. And if we do ever sell we will be using them for sure. Strongly recommended.
