Had multiple viewings with different agents Ive the course of three years in my student life. Agents are rude and unprofessional been told to avoid by other students and reviews here back that up.
Quite possibly the worst estate agent in Portsmouth. Don't go near these guys. House wasn't clean when we moved in. Took 4 months to fix leak we had in bathroom. Broken bathroom window for 4 months. Didn't fix anything until we threatened legal action. Rodant problems as well. Left the property 5 months ago and yet to get deposit back. Trying to charge us a heap load more than they should be for damages. Multiple expensive admin fees. Stay away from this company
From viewing the house to dealing with problems and moving out the agency was very unprofessional and useless. Issues with the leakage have never been repaired even after the ceiling has collapsed on the floor which was a major health and safety hazard. Also when we moved in the tv was on the floor and has only been installed after we have moved out. The landlord has charged myself and my housemates 85 cleaning fee when we have cleaned the house which looked better than when we have moved in. After a long process I am still waiting for my refund. Not recommend any student to choose this agent. After letting, nobody take responsibility to solve your issue. Be wisely avoid this agent. Thanks
