AVOID!!! They are happy to take your deposit fast enough and deal with some enquires but when youve got problem with landlord they say they dont manage the property. I was left with no heating with my 2 yrs old for 3 weeks before Christmas Landlord didnt care neither agency. And deducted money from deposit for cleaning as not good enough even though I used cleaner who has contract with them in Emsworth. I mean really?
